OSCORP TECHNOLOGIES – the brand-new start-up is looking forward to employing one passionate developer. OSCORP TECHNOLOGIES specializes in software development, connected products (IoT) and Voice Application development. We think, design and build like start-up entrepreneurs. We are currently looking to create our team of experts with an individual passionate about developing Voice Applications. As a voice application developer, you will become responsible for the development life cycle of several voice applications currently in our pipeline. You will be an essential part of our development team here at OSCORP TECHNOLOGIES. Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
  • Familiar with AWS services such as Lambda, and SES and how to read and implement documentation relating to the service
  • Strength in reading the language-agnostic documentation (ex. A JSON response that needs to be applied with a language such as Node.js).
  • Interested in or familiar with Voice Design concept and VUI design Have a strong understanding of OOP and NODE.JS programming language
  • Knowledge of how to make external API calls asynchronously
  • Familiar with some type of version control (git, bitbucket, GitHub)
  • Very basic understanding of good code architecture practices
  • Somebody who loves to work with other people as a team

Bonus Points for:

  • Familiar with Alexa Skills kit console and Alexa based jargon (ex: Interaction model, Intents, Utterances).
  • Experience with Node.js specific development
  • CloudWatch experience
  • Developed and deployed an Alexa Skill
