To support the healthy development of the company, we assist our client in the recruitment and selection processes, for: SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
Purpose of the position: Provides support to travel agents related to MerlinXbooking system questions. Promote the company’s services to the new touring agencies and keeping in touch with the clients from the portfolio and announcing them when a new service appears.
Working schedule: 09:00 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch break).
Main activities
· Technical support for the utilization of company’s product (by telephone, e-mail, trainings).
· Registration of the orders and activation of the requested products;
· Promoting the booking system MerlinX towards travel agencies;
· Presenting to potential clients the products B2B/B2C (by telephone, e-mail, trainings, fairs& exhibitions etc.);
Description per feature
· Fluent in English, both orally and in written, is a prerequisite;
· Experience in working with computer and Microsoft Office package;
· Good communication skills.
· Knowledge of specific network applications, Internet;
