The ideal candidate:

– Good verbal and written communication skills;

– High proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken;

– Student or University graduate preferably in Finance, Economics, Banks, Business Marketing;

– Fast learner, adaptable, detail oriented and curious, proactive listener;

– Determined, confident, analytical and abstract thinker;

*Your grades will be taken into consideration and can constitute an advantage for the admission. This also applies to students with proven scholarships.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the claims analysts team in calling in the suppliers for statements of account;

– Update the internal records with the correct information;

– Maintain the collaboration with our clients’ suppliers;

– Take ownership for raising and solving queries related to the client;

– Ensure accurate processing of all tasks;

– Accomplish all tasks in accordance with the internal norms and procedures.
