  • spirit de echipa
  • capacitate de verificare si raportare
  • disponibilitate la program inegal (inclusiv in weekenduri)
  • atentie la detalii, rapiditate in executarea sarcinilor de serviciu

Descrierea jobului:

  • Intocmeste necesarul de marfuri si produse specifice pentru Bucatarie, in conformitate cu lista de preparate, precum si necesarul pentru diverse evenimente
  • Efectueaza receptia si raspunde de gestionarea marfurilor si a produselor specifice activitatii de bucatarie
  • Controleaza si raspunde de calitatea materiilor prime si a produselor finite, la primirea lor in gestiune;
  • Participa la intocmirea meniului si a listei de preparate, propune si elaboreaza retetele pentru preparatele din lista
  • Realizeaza serviciile de preparare a mesei, respectind tehnologia profesionala si retetarul
  •  Aplica in mod corect normele de igiena si protectia consumatorului.
