We are a worldwide publishing company that specializes in content focused on personal growth through sexual education. We sell online home sex ed study courses, primarily to men and couples that focus on heart-centered communication skills and advanced techniques.
We are hiring an ‘Email Marketing Specialist’ who is incredibly smart and reliable to load the HMTL code for our emails and manage and monitor the email process and systems.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of HTML, email best practices including targeted lists, contact, strategies, delivery schedules, subject lines, messaging, A/B testing and analytics.
Test, read, and understand every email so the right customers get the right emails.
Push emails 5 days a week and sometimes work a part of additional days to send extra emails if needed
Manage the email deliverability scores and monitor them daily.
Learn our email system, ARP Reach by heart and learn how to manage autoresponders and broadcasts
Be responsible for email campaign strategy and implementation, develop strategies for email address acquisition and list segmentation.
Work with design and development teams to design and build effective email campaigns that target relevant audiences from our database.
Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance, manage our feedback loops and spam complaints so that we ultimately have a very low churn rate on our email list.
Ensure continued deliverability of all other emails while building email marketing campaigns.
Devote attention to perfecting our emails by keeping an eye on issues, going through reports, figuring out errors and tracking them down to make sure necessary fixes are being done.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week job. You must run TimeDoctor and allow screenshots when you are working.
What We’re Looking For:
College degree – a background in Philosophy and Computer Engineering is a plus
Writing, logic and the customers’ perspective are the triad of skills.
Must be proficient in HTML (tables especially)
Knowledge and experience in using Green Arrow Studio, ReturnPath and ARP Reach are plus.
Must be analytical, good with data and extraordinarily precise
Intuitively combinatorially logical – typically have a natural talent of “and/or” logic operations
Careful and detail-oriented
Proficient in English
Impeccable communication skills
Comfortable and interested in sex and romance
Ability to work with minimum supervision
A reliable high-speed Internet connection with back-up

This is a full-time position, work from home with flexible hours. A performance-based bonus is available on top of your base salary. We do observe your national holidays. Information regarding benefits, vacation time, perks and terms of employment may be discussed during the interview.
