JOB PURPOSE

As a FS Manager, you would be fully responsible for efficiently managing the activities from Filling Station Cluj-Napoca (production, distribution, administrative) of the stocks of finished products and packaging, as well as for their purchase, distribution and transport to/from warehouse/clients/suppliers. At the same time, your responsibilities will be also focused on the maintenance and operation in the established parameters, of Zalau onsite installation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organising the activity of the production department from Cluj-Napoca Filling Station
  • Compliance of the Station’s activity with the specific legislation and norm in force
  • Supervising the activity of the personnel within the Operations departments – Cluj- Napoca (production, distribution
  • Elaboration of technological modernisation programs
  • Maintaining relationships with the suppliers/warehouses/clients
  • Application of the integrated Quality Management System
  • Responsible for the point of view of monitoring follow-up in operation of the Zalau onsite installation (reporting/budgeting/interventions)

MUST HAVES

  • Engineering background, preferably within the Oil&Gas or mechanical field.
  • Experience working with production lines and/or oil exploitation
  • Know-how with coordinating small teams (10-15 people)
  • basic project management
  • upper-intermediate English
  • ambitious and doer personality
